What started as a particularly bitter status update quickly morphed into a full-blown "vent"... A little letting-off of steam: I find it fascinating that the meat industry feels compelled to use and/or invent aliases for the furry animals they hawk to make them more palatable to the average consumer (and I mean palatable in every sense of the word...)
