Garlic (about 2-3 cloves for normal people - I like about 5) minced
small can of Tomato Paste
one can dark red kidney beans (drain)
one can light red kidney beans (drain)
1/2 a medi. sized onion (chopped very fine)
one green bell pepper (chopped very fine)
Mrs Dash (Yellow Green Cap)
Basmati Rice
Oil
Cook Rice according to directions.
Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic simmer til golden brown
