What started as a particularly bitter status update quickly morphed into a full-blown "vent"...
A little letting-off of steam:
I find it fascinating that the meat industry feels compelled to use and/or invent aliases for the furry animals they hawk to make them more palatable to the average consumer (and I mean palatable in every sense of the word...)
"Pork" ring any bells? Venison, anyone?! BEEF? What's next? An easily digestable catch-phrase for the dog, America's favorite four-legged animal?… Continue
