In working with faculty, staff and students we learn a lot about the way people use resources at Brenau. When we launch technology products or services we know that it's necessary to evolve them as the institution changes. Today more then ever, we are impressed by the way you all use technology with creativity and efficiency to enhance your educational experience. In turn, we feel it is necessary to offer a streamlined approach to communication and support directly on our most heavily visited tools. These include:
1. CampusWEB
2. Blackboard
3. Email
4. Intranet
To do this we have "re-skinned" these pages with an updated structure, which adds support resources and communication feeds right on the login and home pages.
We recognize change is difficult, but based on the comments collected from feedback and helpdesk tickets, and following the analytic tracking of how, when and what people do with our tools we feel confident in deciding to make these enhancements. That said, we still look forward to making it better. Please feel free to leave your feedback below.
